Biography
Ranjit Aiyagari, M.D., FACC, FSCAI is a subspecialty board certified pediatric cardiologist whose clinical interests are interventional cardiac catheterization of infants and children with complex congenital heart disease and pediatric cardiac intensive care. Dr. Aiyagari's research interests include understanding and limiting end-organ dysfunction following cardiopulmonary bypass, early diagnosis of post-transplant coronary vasculopathy, and long-term follow-up of patients after device closure of atrial septal defects. He is also the Associate Chief Medical Information Officer for the University of Michigan Health System.
